Terms

These terms apply to paid Saer plans. During the private beta, Saer is provided free and as is.

The licence

A paid plan gives you a personal (Pro) or team (Team, up to the number of seats bought) licence to use Saer for as long as your subscription is paid, plus a 14-day grace period. The software is licensed, not sold. You may not share, resell, redistribute, decompile or reverse-engineer it, or remove or bypass its licence checks.

Your code

Saer runs on your machine and does not send your code to us. You keep all rights to your code and to the reports Saer produces about it.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your Stripe receipt or by emailing us; your licence keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. If Saer isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.

No warranty

Saer reports what it finds and tells you when it is unsure, but it can be wrong. It is provided as is; check its findings before acting on them. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will email paying customers at least 30 days before.
